What Is an E Track Ratchet Strap
An E track ratchet strap combines a ratchet tensioner with a spring-loaded E-track fitting on one end. The fitting slots into the horizontal or vertical E-track rail mounted inside the trailer, so anchor points move with your load plan instead of being fixed to the floor. Fleet operators use them for palletized freight, vehicles, appliances and anything that shifts in transit.
Load Ratings and Sizes
Our e track ratchet straps use 1-inch and 2-inch polyester webbing with working load limits from 833 lbs (1-inch) up to 1,333 lbs (2-inch), and break strengths above 3,000 lbs. Installation in E-Track Rails
Press the spring-loaded fitting into any E-track slot until both prongs lock, then tension the ratchet exactly like a standard ratchet strap — thread, pump, lock. Release is one lever.
